| SEO & local SEO Depends on competition, service area, and how many pages need work. | $800 – $2,500 / month |
| Social media marketing Content creation, publishing, and engagement on one or two channels. | $800 – $2,500 / month |
| Video editing Short-form edits $150–$400, ad edits $300–$800, long-form $500–$1,500+. | $150 – $1,500 / video |

How Our Pricing Works
Two pricing shapes, one rule: you approve the number in writing, in Canadian dollars, before work starts.
Every engagement at Digitex Crew takes one of two shapes: a fixed quote or a monthly plan. Website design and development, video editing, and integrated campaigns are quoted as fixed projects — we scope the work with you, put the deliverables and the total price in writing, and that number does not move unless the scope does. SEO, local SEO, and social media marketing run as monthly plans because they are ongoing work rather than one-time builds: each month has agreed priorities, delivered tasks, and a report you can actually read.
All pricing is in Canadian dollars, and the quote you approve is the amount you pay. There are no currency conversions to worry about, no padded tooling or administration fees added after the fact, and no surprise line items on the invoice. For fixed projects we split payment into milestones written into the quote — typically a deposit to book the work and a balance tied to delivery — and monthly plans bill a flat, agreed amount at the start of each month.
We also keep the commitment short. Monthly plans run month to month rather than on long lock-in contracts, so you stay because the work is producing results — not because a contract says you have to. And because you talk directly to the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages, any question about where your budget is going gets a straight answer from the person who spent it.
Optional Services
Add services only when they support the agreed business goal — from local SEO to video editing and website projects. We'll tell you when they don't.
What Affects the Price?
The ranges above are wide because scope varies from business to business. Here is what actually moves the number for each service we offer, so you can scope your own project before we talk.
Website design and development
A five-page site built around your own copy costs far less than a twenty-page build with custom design, written-for-you content, online booking, or an ecommerce checkout. The big cost drivers are page count, how much of the content we produce, how original the design needs to be, and integrations such as payment processing, scheduling, inventory, or a CRM. That is why one website can fairly cost $3,000 and another $12,000 — it is the scope, not the hourly rate, doing the work.
SEO and local SEO
Price follows competition and distance. Ranking a Toronto trade or clinic with dozens of rivals costs more than ranking a niche B2B service with only a handful. The other drivers are your service area — one neighbourhood versus the whole GTA — the number of pages and keywords in play, the current health of your site, how much new content is needed, and the state of your Google Business Profile and reviews. We quote after a free audit so the number reflects your real situation, not a generic package.
Social media marketing
The cost depends mainly on channels and output: which platforms we run, how many posts per week, and whether we create the content ourselves or publish material you supply. Filming and editing original video, designing graphics, and handling comments and messages all add hours. Paid advertising is always billed separately from management, so you can see exactly what goes to the platforms and what pays for our time.
Video editing
Video pricing tracks length, complexity, and turnaround. A short-form edit for TikTok or Reels sits at the low end, ad creative with captions and motion graphics in the middle, and long-form edits with several revision rounds at the top. The quality and organization of your raw footage matters too — well-shot, well-labelled source material edits faster and cheaper than clips pulled from a camera roll months later.
How to Compare Marketing Quotes
Getting more than one quote is smart. Here is how to compare them honestly — including ours.
When two quotes land far apart, the difference is almost always scope, not quality. Before comparing totals, compare line items: how many pages, posts, or videos are actually delivered each month; how many hours of work that represents; what the reporting looks like; and which results the agency will explain — not promise — at the end of the term. A cheaper quote that covers half the work is the more expensive one in practice.
Ask what is not included. Ad spend, stock photography, paid tools, travel for shoots, and extra revision rounds are all legitimate costs, but they should be listed up front rather than discovered mid-project. It is also fair to ask who will actually do the work. At a small local team like ours you speak with the person editing your videos or tuning your site; at a larger agency your budget may be paying for layers of account management in between.
Red flags worth knowing before you sign
- Promises of guaranteed #1 rankings — no honest agency can commit to a specific Google position.
- Vague deliverables like increased visibility, with no countable output each month.
- Long lock-in contracts required before any work has been shown.
- Ownership clauses where you lose your website, content, or ad accounts if you leave.
- Quotes far below every other bid, with no explanation of what was removed to get there.
- Reporting that stops at impressions and clicks, with no mention of calls, leads, or sales.
If a quote ever reads like a puzzle, ask the agency to walk you through it line by line. How that conversation goes will tell you more than the number itself. And if you already have a quote in hand and want a second opinion, we are glad to give one — no charge, and no pitch attached.
From First Call to Fixed Quote
Getting a real number from us takes one short conversation. Here is the whole process, step by step, so you know exactly what to expect before you reach out.
- 1
Tell us what you need. Use the contact form or email contact.digitexcrew@gmail.com with a short description of your project — a few sentences is enough to get started.
- 2
Free consultation. We set up a short call to talk through your goals, the pages or channels involved, and what success would look like for you. You leave with a realistic budget range whether or not we end up working together.
- 3
Written quote in CAD. You receive a fixed quote in Canadian dollars listing the deliverables, timeline, payment milestones, and total. For ongoing work, the quote states the monthly amount and exactly what is included each month.
- 4
You decide. Take the quote, compare it against others, and ask us anything that is unclear. If we are not the right fit for your project, we will say so plainly — the consultation and the quote carry no obligation.
Ready for an Exact Number?
The ranges on this page are honest starting points — the same figures we quote across our service pages — but your exact price depends on your scope. A restaurant that needs a five-page website and a clinic competing for GTA-wide searches will land in very different places, even within the same service. The only way to get a number you can actually budget around is a short conversation about what you need.
That conversation is free, and it comes with no obligation. You will leave knowing what your project should cost, what moves the number up or down, and whether we are the right team to do the work — even if the answer is no. When you are ready, request your written quote and we will reply with next steps and a time for your free consultation.
A note on what every Digitex Crew quote includes, regardless of project size: the deliverables itemized line by line, a timeline with named milestones, payment stages so you always know what is due and when, and a plain-language summary of what happens after launch. Ongoing plans state the monthly amount, exactly what is delivered each month, and how cancellation works — thirty days' written notice, no exit fees, and everything we built for you stays yours. If a quote from any agency — including ours — ever leaves you guessing, ask for those four things in writing before you sign.
