QQNA — Custom WordPress Course & Membership Platform

Digitex Crew designed and developed QQNA, a custom course-selling platform for a Chinese brand. Built on WordPress and powered by a purpose-built plugin, the platform brings course creation, protected content delivery, membership management and local payment options into one streamlined system. Unlike a conventional learning-management setup, QQNA supports multiple course formats—including HTML files, PDFs and video—and keeps every protected resource locked until payment or membership access has been confirmed. The experience is fully responsive, giving learners a consistent journey on desktop and mobile.

The Challenge & Our Approach

The Challenge

The client needed more than a standard WordPress course theme. The platform had to support several content formats, restrict premium materials, process payments familiar to Chinese customers and offer recurring monthly access without creating a complicated workflow for administrators.

Our Solution

Digitex Crew built a custom WordPress plugin that powers the complete course lifecycle: course publishing, paid enrolment, protected content access and monthly memberships. We paired the system with a responsive front-end and integrated Alipay and WeChat Pay to create a locally relevant checkout experience.
